Episode 1: That was pretty interesting!
So there's an Angel Mart and a Devil Mart. In this world, special seals called Bikkuriman are put in with a wafer treat and everyone wants them. The supply truck going to Angel Mart keeps getting attacked, so the truck driver recruits a boy named Yamato (green haired boy) who has a special running power to deliver them.
The bad guys are from Devil Mart and are stopped by the people from Angel Mart. They use the seals on their body to transform into the person on the stamp. The Angel Store manager can turn into Rokoko, a rare seal.
Episode 2: So Demons, Amulets and Angels used to get along, but twin Gods - Child of Light Super Zeus and Child of Shadow Black Zeus descended. They grew up together, but the Devil betrayed the Angel.
Super Zeus ordered the head of the Angels, Phoenix, to go find a new place to live. They took the eight Wakajinshi (literally young-god-children). Phoenix became Head Rokoko. The manager of Angel Mart has the 'Factor' that let's him become Head Rokoko.
I love that while Jack was flustered over Dark Cross's rack, Yamato was disturbed.
Guess Ushikawa is a little prideful.
Episode 3: It's so funny to hear that kind of voice out of a femboy. 😅
So Ushikawa was made to feel weird for liking a set of seals with women saints? Well that sucks, they were powerful women, why shouldn't he admire them? :/
We got to see Ushikawa with his hair down but not Yamato. :(
I am enjoying this anime!

110 ☆ gamer yapping
Feb. 11th, 2026 09:30 pmtinkatonTwo months later, finally posting about finishing Metaphor: ReFantazio. Looking back at my last Metaphor post I was only at the Dragon Temple on Virga Island, but looking at my notes on my phone I stopped writing anything down until near the end lmaoo.
So, thoughts overall: I enjoyed it. If you enjoy the format of a Persona game but would like it set in a fantasy world (dungeon crawling mixed with social links, turn-based battles with summon strategization) then you'll probably enjoy playing this too. The battles are fun but I think the characters are the real highlight of the game. Like with many RPGs, there's a colorful cast with lots of drama and heartfelt moments. I think Eupha and Basilio remain my faves, but I also really liked Hulkenberg and Junah too.

After beating Metaphor I finally started playing Hades II! It's just as fun as the first game and I'm enjoying the new stuff they added to the gameplay. I think my favorite weapons are the axe and the knives and the skull....but they're all pretty good except for that mecha armor thing I used it once and was so bad at it sjdhfkjsdf never again.

Unfortunately the past few weeks my free time for gaming has been taken up not by Hades but by Overwatch instead. 😑 Every time I think I'm free... And now they've released 5 new heroes at once and this damn Sanrio collab!!!

Happy birthday to Asui Tsuyu from My Hero Academia :"D I love green characters and all their versions. She was one of my first faves when I started the anime a decade ago :")

I've apparently written... fifty fills for this year's ficathon? Fifty? Is that right? That doesn't feel like it can be right. I hadn't realised it was so dangerous to go into Three-Sentence Ficathon season with a specific fandom firmly occupying my mind.

Feb. 11th, 2026 05:23 pmautumninplutoFinally found out why my Procreate time lapse videos look terrible sometimes. They're set to 1080p "good" quality by default, but my canvases are larger than the 1920x1080, so my art gets scaled down during replay. Also, since the quality is just "good" (as opposed to the highest quality, lossless) some brushes (usually textured ones) look super rough in the video playback, and adding noise or some other texture on top of the canvas makes it look super crunchy.
Of course, I had to realize this after I've spent a total of 14 hours drawing something, when I can't retroactively fix the video quality. :( Noooo...
The lesson of the story is to fix the video quality when creating a new file/canvas preset. I honestly don't know why I spent months thinking, "Oh the time lapse feature really is just like that, it's probably an app limitation." I only bothered to check now because the way it shat all over the piece I just drew was beyond ridiculous.
